Maandag: Alles is ingepakt, in dozen, in de bussen! (Foto's 1 t/m 29 ). Morgen vertrekken we naar 🇺🇦. Hier zal af en toe een foto en impressie komen. Wil je meer weten en mee(be)leven, app Willemijn dan direct.
Dinsdag: Vertrek (video). Na 1 uur en 45 minuten zijn we door beide douanes heen! (Foto's 30- 34) . We gaan zo richting ons eerste hotel vlakbij Lviv en zijn daar inmiddels neegestreken. De eerste indrukken zijn positief! Mooi weer, aardige mensen, lekker eten, mooie uitzichten en beelden. (Foto's 35-36) Morgen (woensdag) gaan we richting Oosten. Zal vast andere indrukken achterlaten...
Donderdag/ vrijdag
The last two days we’ve visited 5 schools to hand out the bags and boxes with school materials ourselves. (foto's 37 - 45; video 2 en 3). Children were very happy, most of them at least, with some the trauma was very clear in their body language and everything. People were thankful that we came all the way to show our support.
As you can see, one of the schools is located in a bomb shelter. They did not want to organize one big meeting with all children of one city for safety reasons. Therefore, we’ve driven to 4 different villages in the Mykolaiv and Kherson districts. It has been very impressive. To do this together with the team of the city council of Snihurivka was very nice and good! Thanks for everyone who has been supportive in this project!
